Liberated Love Notes: Critical Self-Reflections & Affirmations For The Culture is a 54-card deck of daily affirmations, self-reflection and group dialogue prompts, and glossary cards that affirm the experiences and identities of Black people. Liberated Love Notes speak to overcoming imposter syndrome, disrupting injected & internalized forms of oppression, embodying an abundance mindset and building a healthy racial identity.
 
They can be used as part of one's own individual practice (e.g. meditation, journaling, daily affirmation) and in groups to facilitate dialogue around and process our experiences as Black people. Facilitators, therapists, educators, and equity & justice practitioners may also use Liberated Love Notes to design curriculums that center the Black experience.
 
Purchasing Options Explained: 
These options are grounded in my desire to make Liberated Love Notes accessible to as many Black people as possible. The concept of 'grace economics' allows for us to reimagine how we engage as consumers committed to empowering, not only ourselves, but the collective. 
 
Single Deck:
 You're interested in purchasing a single deck! If you want multiple decks, simply update the quantity. 
Buy One Deck + Donate Another: 
You're interested in purchasing a single deck AND purchasing a deck to be donated to someone who desires a deck but cannot afford to pay the cost. You have the means to invest in your own AND someone else's well-being. 
Donate a Deck [Because Reparations]: You want to donate a deck to someone or multiple people who desire a deck but cannot afford them. Perhaps you identify as white or are a non-Black person of color, aspiring ally who wants to own your role in making Liberated Love Notes accessible to Black people, select this option along with the quantity. We will identify individuals of whom to donate. Use code "GRACE" for free shipping ONLY for this option. Liberated Love Notes will donate the cost of shipping to those who request. 
 
How do we identify those who perhaps want Liberated Love Notes, but cannot afford? 
We have a form that Black folks can use (at the bottom of our shop page) to request donated Liberated Love Notes. We will identify individuals to send decks to as decks are donated, on a rolling basis.
